1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
We are very satisfied with InsideJapan starting with the initial contact and planning the trip and through our time in Japan. Our specific requests were accommodated and the trip was everything we wanted.

Lexi Swensen was an excellent consultant. She was responsive to our questions, provided alternative accommodations when requested, and ensured that we were satisfied with the plans. She followed up with us all through the planning process until we were embarking.

We traveled by train and bus to multiple locations. All transport was appropriate for the location.

We met four guides for partial-day tours. Each were very knowledgeable and communicated well. They provide us with local insight and responded well to our questions.
